Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not use LondonHookup where doing so would breach applicable law or a restriction on your account.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login details private and tell support if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the law provides otherwise.

3. Profiles and member content

Use photos and content that you have the right to publish. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or identity, publish another person's private information or post unlawful, threatening or deceptive content.

4. Conversations and conduct

Respect another member's stated boundaries and decision to stop communicating. Do not harass, threaten, pressure, solicit money from or attempt to deceive another person. Commercial spam and unauthorised promotion are not allowed.

5. Meeting other members

LondonHookup cannot guarantee another person's identity, intentions, conduct or compatibility. Make your own decisions, use a public meeting place, control your own travel and read the Safety Tips before arranging a date.

6. Reports and moderation

Members may report profiles, messages or conduct that appear to breach these terms. LondonHookup may review reports and take proportionate action, including limiting content or account access, where needed to protect members or the service.

7. Purchases and mobile access

Any paid feature, renewal term or cancellation method must be shown in the relevant purchase flow. Sweet is LondonHookup's Android dating app; Google Play may apply additional store terms to downloads and purchases.

8. Intellectual property

The LondonHookup design, branding, original text and code are protected to the extent provided by law. You retain rights in content you submit while granting the permissions needed to display and operate it through the service.

9. Availability and results

The service may change or occasionally be unavailable. LondonHookup does not promise a particular match, conversation, meeting or relationship outcome, and nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Ending access

You may stop using the service. LondonHookup may restrict or end access where an account breaches these terms, creates risk or must be limited by law. Use the Contact page for account questions.
